We understand that your footage is sensitive and confidential. Protecting your data and intellectual property is a top priority for Spingle.ai.
Be sure to read our Terms of Service
To perform complex AI analysis (like understanding motion, quality, actions, and content), Spingle temporarily sends segments of your video footage to secure cloud processing servers (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
This allows us to utilize powerful AI models without requiring extreme hardware specifications on your local machine.
✅ Temporary Upload Only: For all features, footage segments are uploaded solely for the duration of the analysis process.
🚫 No Long-Term Storage (Standard Features): We NEVER store your video footage on our servers beyond the temporary processing window for standard Spingle features.
🚫 No AI Training (Standard Features): Your footage is NEVER used to train Spingle's or any third-party AI models when using standard features. Your creative work remains yours.
✨ Optional Experimental AI Features: Spingle may offer features labeled "Experimental." If you choose to use these optional features, your content may be used to help us provide, improve, and develop new AI capabilities. This content is anonymized. You have full control over whether to use these experimental tools.
✅ Local Cache: The analysis results (metadata, timestamps, scores, not the video itself) are stored securely locally on your computer to enable fast re-processing and iteration.
We utilize trusted, secure infrastructure providers who comply with relevant data protection regulations.
